A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a school setting located in Westerly, RI. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records of student performances and treatment outcomes
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to creating supportive learning environments
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification for practicing SLP services
- Experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school locations as required
